After two complete season airing on Televisa, Producer Eugenio Derbez, is having second thoughts about bringing us another season of this show. After his last show Hospital el paisa (2004), was ended, the producer argued with Televisa, and they asked him to create another show, The producer traveled around Spain and he saw a tvshow named Aquí no hay quien viva (2003), and then he decided to make a mexican version, so, he bought the rights of the spanish show, and created Vecinos (2005).

According to Televisa, Vecinos is going to return next January 20th, 2008, and almost celebrating with episode 100th.

Will Silvia joins forever in sacred matrimony to Napoleon? Will Luis tell Silvia that he is in love with her? Will Frankie end to film his movie? Will Magdalena accepts that Alejandra is preagnant? Will Don Roque move to an Adult Day Care?

These are the questions that will be answered next 2008, on season 5.

Even when they were listed in the main credits in all the episodes, they never appeared in all the series.

The only two actors that appeared in the 93 episodes were: Cesar Bono as Frankie Pablo Valentin as Pedro

She was the only actress in the series that didn't appear in the last seasons, because she was shooting at the same time the soap Yo Amo a Juan Querendon.

In the other shows from Televisa, Vecinos has been referenced in most of them. On Una Familia de Diez, it was mentioned that they were a nacos. On Familia P.Luche it was mentioned by Eugenio Derbez's Character that Vecinos can screw up.
