Melissa, is an American woman in beautiful Mexico for her wedding. Unfortunately, she wakes up handcuffed and married to an incredibly hot local Mexican named Carlos. Melissa has no recollection of the night before, when she got drunk and hitched. Now, she has to try to remember what she did the night before, and get the marriage with Carlos annulled before the next day, when she is supposed to have her originally planned marriage. Can she do it without anyone knowing the difference and Carlos always in the way?—clorby

Bridezilla Melissa is determined to have the perfect wedding. However, after her fiance sees her in her gown, she goes berserk and he beds the wedding planner, Melissa then goes to a local dive and drinks "Mayan Moonshine" to help forget. She somehow gets married to a local hunk, and the fun begins as she attempts to get it annulled. After a lot of adventures including burning the licensing office and kicking a policeman, she makes it in time for her wedding. However the husband, Carlos, makes it to the wedding and Melissa decides she wants him. They both jump into the pool and the movie closes with them kissing.
