Rain (2006)

Trivia

Rain

Edit
Brooklyn Sudano (Rain) sings all the musical numbers herself.
All books featured in this movie are novels also written by Virginia C. Andrews.
The Producers and 1st AD had to schedule around the 4.5 hours that Faye Dunaway would need for Make-up, Hair, and Wardrobe. They scheduled alternate scenes so that if she took even longer they would have something to shoot.
When Rain hides the jewelery, there is a copy of V.C. Andrews' "Rain" inside the closet.
Brooklyn Sudano (Rain) is the daughter of Bruce Sudano of the musical group "Brooklyn Dreams" and "Queen of Disco" Donna Summer.

Cameo

Travis Hollman, Jason Kabolati, Ariane Leigh: Executive Producer, Producer, and assoc producer/product placement supervisor, respectively. Hollman plays a sheriff, Kabolati gives Rain a lift as the limo driver and Ariane goes shopping at Rain's workplace.

Director Cameo

Craig DiBona: makes an almost unnoticeable cameo in the film. He is pictured as Isabel's husband in the painting above the living room mantelpiece.
