Neat Little Video For Young And Old Sesame Fans
Count It Higher may not be a long video, clocking it at close to a half hour, but it is still a good video from the pre-Elmo days. Hosted by Count Von Count (or The Count for short), hosts a music video countdown that counts down the top seven greatest music videos from Sesame Street. The music videos are musical numbers from the show, which include "Honk Around The Clock", "Doo Wop Hop", "Do Dee Rubber Duck", and the title video "Count It Higher". Big Bird and Oscar The Grouch make special appearances.
You Got To Count It Higher!!!!!
I remember watching this as a kid of the 80's of course, I recently got to experience this again with my nephew. I like this collection of music videos my favorites have to be the ZZ Top inspired band, and The Beetles with The letter B. The songs are very catchy, and great. Big Bird and Oscar stop by to request videos, Oscar's request being a "mouldy oldie" The video is a little too short there are only 7 videos played. Sesame Street still Rocks!!!! The best part of this is that these videos are classic PRE ELMO craze. This is the time when sesame street was still being viewed through the eyes of Big Bird. Things change we grow up, but I'm glad this was part of my childhood and will continue to be in my life. Sesame Street as always has remained a timeless classic one you can't ever go wrong with.
A great collection of Sesame Street music videos!
This Sesame Street hhome Video title which was released 35 years ago contains awesome music videos. Unlike many of the other video releases, this one doesn't show any of the people characters like Maria, Luis, Susan, Gordon, etc. Hosted by the Count Von Count, and parodied off an old MTV countdown of some sort, this collection of sesame music video includes favorites like "Doo-wop Hop" from Kermit the Frog, "Wet Paint", as well as one of my favorites, "Honk Around the Clock".. I also like "Do de Rubber Duck" which features Ernie and other favorite Sesame Street Muppet characters.
Overall, this collection of 8 Sesame Street music videos deserves a perfect 10. I also recommend another music video filled Sesame Street title, Rock & Roll.

- TriviaThe fake music video credits for Letter B mentions an album named Sesame Road (an obvious nod to The Beatles' Abbey Road). Sesame Road would become an official Sesame Street album in 1993.
