"My recipe...cooking..without a recipe"

Smith takes us into his home, tells us to live life in the kitchen without recipes and to not be afraid to experiment. We learn how to shop for things such as the perfect pepper or spices and even the difference between sugars and how to find the perfect kitchen utensil. We get to meet Smith's friends, child and wife. And get to delve into what I think is the most organized kitchen I've ever seen..Smith is funny and personable. Cooks meals that even his young son can enjoy. I love the little touches this show brings and you get the sense of what Micheal may be like if he were entertaining a timid neighbor and showing them how to brave their kitchen.
