When a 10-ton statue from a museum which it had been brought by an Italian businessman (Cesar Romero) disappears in a matters of moments, Alexander Blacke is called in to investigate the impossible disappearance. The CCTV was running and nothing appeared on camera. It appeared to have vanished without a trace.
And when Alex learns that the chief of security is being held accountable, he tries to solve it and clear the man's name. He also has a cute reporter on his back to get a little credit for herself ...
Cesar Romero is one of the special guests in this enjoyable episode with a mystery that does perplex, and the solution to the disappearance is quite neat, though, of course, there's some implausibilities, as naturally there will be in this type of show. However, there is enough to behold to cause much distraction from that. The banter between father and son is great as always.
