Reno Raines witnesses the kidnapping of the daughter of a wealthy Japanese banker living in America. He tries to stop it, but fails. The banker asks him to work with his chief of security (Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa) to locate his daughter. The usual "clash of cultures" stuff plays out, but this episode is worth watching for its cast alone; if you look in the dictionary you may find a picture of Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa next to the word "coolness". The equally prolific Al Leong plays the mastermind of the kidnapping, a member of the Japanese Yakuza. As for Keiko Agena, at first I thought she was underage but in the episode's last scenes you can see she's....ahem....well-developed, and according to IMDb she was 20 at the time this was shot. So I don't have to feel guilty calling her a BABE. Oh, and did I mention that Michelle Pfeiffer's "bullwhip trainer" in "Batman Returns" (among many other credits) is here as well, carrying a bullwhip? (**1/2)
