At Stargate Command, Dr. Rodney McKay thinks he knows how to stop the particle beam that is bombarding the gate and threatening the entire planet. • Anubis keeps the attack to the Stargate, while Sam seeks a means to save Earth. The arrogant Dr. Rodney McKay proposes a solution to General Hammond against the will of Sam that fails and reduces the time to find another solution to half. However Jonas Quinn proposes a simpler solution to Sam that may work. Meanwhile, Teal'c, his son Rya'c and Master Bra'tac travel to the planet where Anubis is attacking the Earth with a different weapon. They conclude they are using a stolen technology and plan how to bomb it. But when Teal'c and Bra'tac are captured by the Goa'uld, the only hope to destroy the weapon is the young and rookie Rya'c. What will happen to them?—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  • Bra'tac, having guessed the planet from which Anubis fired his hyper-sonic Ancient weapon, heads there with Teal'c and over-eager Rya'c, hoping the Goa'uld won't be able to repair the stolen technology if they manage to damage it. Fighting past the Jaffa guards is helpful to the father-son bond over comrades in arms closeness, but only both seniors get captured. Carter and Rya'c fail miserably to counter Anubis's attack, but Jonas comes up with a plan of genial simplicity.—KGF Vissers

Meanwhile, Master Bra'tac has discovered the planet from which Anubis is launching the attack. He, Teal'c and Rya'c journey there to put a stop to it. The Earth team struggles against mounting odds to carry out Quinn's plan as the three Jaffa discover destroying Anubis' weapon might be more difficult than they thought - it is a machine of the Ancients, and Anubis left it well guarded.—CommanderBalok
