That dastardly Count Manzeppi is back for rd. 2

The fabulous actor Victor Buono returns as "The Count" for a rare non-contiguous part II (and his third overall appearance in this television series). Eventually, we might guess that if any villain escapes capture by Jim & Artie at the end of an episode, as The Count managed to do in the 2nd season's opener (and like, most notably/reliably did Michael Dunn's Dr. Miguelito Loveless!), that character is quite likely to be back on the show sometime later that same year. While I'll admit that this installment isn't quite the equal of the 2 season opening ones guest starring Mr. Buono, I'll still round up its rating to 8 out of 10 stars. P. S. A toymaker named Heinrich Sharff appears in this episode, which was written by frequent series contributor Henry Sharp. Coincidence?!?
