Sanji (voiced by Hiroaki Hirata) does not appear in this film as a main character, because it was produced before he was introduced in the Anime (though he had already appeared in the Manga). But he does make a cameo during the end credits.
Takes place between episodes 18 and 19.
The first One Piece movie.
Also Pandaman makes a cameo during the end credits.
The only One Piece film to use cel animation.
