After the strike-shortened first season, the actress who plays the spoiled heiress checked herself into rehab for what was described as "personal issues" and was unfortunatley not able to re-join her cast mates and film episodes for the beginning of the second season.

Recently the producers have announced that they have made a decision to bring Armstrong back on board for an episode arc which begins on November 26th for episode 2.7 entitled "The Facts." It has been confirmed that Juliet was away in the South Pacific with her lover Kai (Alex Nesic) and will return to New York.
