Teletoon, Canada's 24-hour animation network, will begin airing the Spectacular Spider-Man this September. A sneak preview of the show will air Sunday August 24, at 8:30 am, followed by the beginning of it's weekly run on Sunday, September 7, in it's regular time slot of 10:30 am.

A DVD collecting the first three episodes of the Spectacular Spider-Man will be released on September 9th, 2008. It will re-edit the episodes to form a mini-movie, and will be presented in a widescreen format that the series was originally produced in. Future volumes will most likely follow, while the season will eventually be collected as a whole following the release of the series in this format.

Yes, but he makes a cameo appearance in The Spectacular Spider-Man episode Reinforcement. He is shown as a patient wearing a Santa Claus hat in Ravencroft, during a group therapy session with Doctor Octopus and Electro. Kraven the Hunter attacks to break out Electro and Doctor Octopus.
