This is the episode that cements Attack on Titan's position as a classic anime. It completely subverts the very genre that the show belongs to and brings a level of intrigue and lore that no one could have anticipated. It is the absolute peak of the show thus far, and will undoubtedly be a lesson for the history books on how to completely change the dynamics of a show and deliver on a long-awaited mystery.

A love-letter to the fans who have been inching every little clue to understand the bigger picture, it is nothing short of perfect.

How can you not possibly shocked by this episode when you watch for the first time? Isayama is a genius to create such an epic.

Really!! It's amazing how something so good and looked forward to was above expectation. Many of the series make suspense and can not satisfy the curiosity of the viewers, fail frequently but this anime in specific... WOW is not one of them... I can't express what I really fell when I watch Shingeki no Kyojin. So just watch by your self.

This episode has been long awaited, we finally get to know the story of Erens dad, and the secrets of the world in a single episode! Just amazing, love AOT, this just gets better and better
