FAQ

ESPN First Take

FAQ

No where. Skip does not use facts in his arguments. He relies on polarizing opinions to enhance ratings and stimulate discourse, almost always negative discourse in nature.

Yes. Jalen Rose points this out 10 April 2012 during an on-air debate. Skip was trying to give himself credibility but found that lying about one's past is not only the sign of poor character but also incredibly discrediting when the truth is brought to light.

He denies it claiming he has a fast speaking tone and a heavy brooklyn accent that made it sound like he used the 'N' word. Although most people believe he did in fact use this inappropriate for live tv word, feel free to make your own judgement by viewing the clip. It is readily available on numerous webpages.
