This film is unusual at least in that it is the first horror about the Russian Tsar. It is removed very unusual.
The story that the film tells is transmitted through numerous images on the screen, while voice-over tells terrible things. For some reason I recalled the stories of TV3, but here we have a completely fictional story.
The movie's darkest atmosphere is catching up with black and white and incredibly oppressive music. All this is still seasoned with some good special effects. There are almost no actors in the frame, and as a result we do not have a bad acting game.
In general, the first attempt was not perfect, but in its attractive. It is worth paying tribute to the authors, because they managed to convey this terrible atmosphere of the Russian Middle Ages of the times of Ivan the Terrible, using the very minimum of resources, so the film clearly deserves attention, especially since it takes only 4 minutes.
