"No hay Musas sino Mozas, No hay Mozas sino Cosas" is part of the series "Jovenes Escritores" (1995), a visual interpretation of the first work of the new generation of authors that emerges in Colombia beyond magical realism.

Based on Hector Abad Faciolince's first novel "Asunto de un Hidalgo Disoluto", this documentary narrates the disordered memories of the main character Gaspar Medina; adultery, seduction, politics, and religion are mixed with the author's own observations. His "affairs" happen in Medellin; the Colombian city is the scenery of his memories and nostalgias. Featuring the writer Hector Abad Faciolince and filmed in Medellin, Colombia.—Maria J. Acero
