    Love this show.

Funny how Nathan lost so much weight within a short time lol. Know it was second series.....looks fitter for it so no complaining.

    Impressive come-back

That was a really impressive start to season 2. A powerful continuation of the cliff-hanger episode from season 1 with lots of action and some surprises.

    Missing Afton!

Afton Williamson played my favorite character Bishop! It occurs to me that her character reflected her own personae. She brought the reflection which all policemen need and would not allow herself to be compromised. She had the highest moral character. And, yes, the script was written for her, however, her skills in acting brought that script to life. She was subtle but strong, quiet but assertive, and these characteristics in her character were demonstrative of her own characteristics in life. As I understand it, she stood up for herself, and she will be missed - excellent actor! It's a shame that some of her colleagues could not perceive this.

    Bad directed first eps

This is an example for real bad directing and editing of an episode of a very promising tv series! They should do better!

    Tim is my Guyyyyy

I was terrifiedddd going into this episode. After Tim collapsed at the end of season 1, I thought they'd use that opportunity to kill off his character and I would've hated that. Thankfully, that didn't happen. I also love the reactions of Grey and Bradford when Chen said she jumped down into the dumpster after the suspect. Loved that scene.

Best part of the episode? It's always great when Grey and Nolan team up, so that was fun. Also, "We're going to fight using a timer?" Loveddd that line.

Worst part of the episode? I never know how to feel about Jessica. It feels like we're supposed to think she's hiding something, but I don't know if I'm reading the situation correctly. Alsooo, Talia is gone! After the IA investigation was closed, that was the last thing I expected.

    • Trivia
John Nolan's training officer Talia Bishop (Afton Williamson) does not return for the second season due to the allegations made by the actress to the showrunners in regards to racism, bullying and also sexual assault she experienced on set throughout the first season. She was offered the chance to continue her characters role in the second season, however she turned this down citing her dissatisfaction with the lack of consideration demonstrated by the showrunner in regards to her allegations.
    • Goofs
When the officers are being shot at at the hospital, Lopez calls for backup, but instead of saying 7 Adam 7, which is the call sign for her and West, she says 7 Adam 15, which is Nolan's call sign.
    • Quotes

John Nolan: I mean the job. My first six months have been a lot to process. It's like a raw nerve. "All the feelings", as my son's fond of saying. Does that get easier?

Sergeant Wade Grey: Look, a cop has a decision to make in the first few years. "How much can I handle?" How much I'm gonna let the job affect me. "If I had an input control, where would I set it to?" Some cops set it to 7. They take a lot in. Some set it to 3. Hell, some set it to zero.

John Nolan: Anybody keep it at 10?

Sergeant Wade Grey: Can't be done. Let me see your hand. You've been demoing your house for about a week, and you already got calluses growing. Your body does that to protect itself. Your mind does the same thing, whether you want it to or not.
