Seems like a good offspring of traditional bizarre British comedy; such as Vic & Bob and The Boosh.
If you find bizarre entertaining then you'll love.
If you expect to find it funny based on traditional views then this is not for you.
For me it defied clear definition, which it achieves effortlessly. It's so surreal I'm unsure if it gets itself or not. A child's weird dream.
I may appeal to different thinkers more than the typical majority.
As a side note I'd recommend This is Jinsy, a masterpiece of Britishy nonsense.

Too funny. It hurt. Delightful, ridiculous and charming. Please make many more.
Ugh my review is too short so I shall just keep writing until that message goes away. Nope. Still too short.. a review can be pithy.. Have you met twitter? We all talk in short sentiments these days. Get with the millennial program. Seriously. Still too short? Maybe I'll just shout for a bit. STILL too short?! Seriously, I have somewhere to be. I've said my piece and want to go about my day. I didn't realise I was going to have to write a chuffing essay?! I should get 10 credits towards a degree for how much you're making me write. I'm sure the other reviews aren't this long.
Phew. Made it. Bye.

I've been looking forward to this ever since I saw the pilot episode. Ten minutes of silliness, playfulness, surrealness, songs & giggles. I chuckled a lot more in ten minutes than many entire 'comedy' films. If you're happy to indulge your inner child, then definitely worth a go.
Absolutely hilarious there hasn't been a series like this since the Mighty Boosh & Monty Python! Spencer Jones is a force to be reckoned with & this is a game changer. Vic & Bob cameo anyone? Hope this will be commissioned for another series!

The extraordinarily wild mind of Spencer Jones is frequently misused on television - with him frequently popping up in vehicles that don't really suit him. Ultimately this is because at his core he is a very very silly man - as evidenced by his affably surreal stand-up.
A comedy short, then followed by these brief and brilliant series finally gives you a tiny glimpse into his televisual potential. In these concentrated little chunks he is a kaleidoscope of glorious madness. Both series do a good job of replicating the original flawless short - so a mixture of daily anxieties, musical interludes, talking props and the ever-present boggle-eyed wonder that is Dominic Coleman's terrifying Jonny Wallop. Even his equally idiosyncratic children appear in tiny, bizarre cameos. No scene is wasted. Every minute is a triumph.

Some of the funniest and most inventive comedy TV I have ever see with jokes crammed in to each short episode. The fact that the episodes are only 10-15 minutes long adds to the enjoyment as the energy never lets up.

What an absolute pile of trash this is. Is this for adults or kids, so hard to work out. Only 2 minutes in to it I was already thinking, why am I watching this? Another 5 minutes or so I'd had enough and had to switch it off. I can't see how any adults would enjoy this. Avoid.
A surreal journey. A high end comedy that says as much about imagination and the skill of production and writing as it does about modern life. To fully appreciate Mr Clunkerdunks mind, it helps if your intellect can stretch beyond reality TV.

Now I love a bit of surrealist comedy, I adore vic and Bob, the mighty boosh being the obvious reference points. I'd seen Spencer's stand up and enjoyed him. This however, I felt nauseous, I didn't laugh but I did feel uncomfortable and actually had a panic attack!

Well, I think Spencer Jones is one of the best Comics/entertainers I've seen in the last 10 plus years. He is so good to watch, it's a bit mad but n a brilliant fun way, looking forward to more, love it.
Absolute rubbish completely unfunny...awful program nothing funny about it at all...I urge the creators to actually watch the program it's embarrassing how awful it is.

Watched the pilot and about 5 mins of the first episode to give it a chance, but it was poor. It's trying to be surreal, but they're throwing too many ideas into the ring, quick fire and it feels contrived, especially with the main guy knowingly looking at the camera every 10 seconds.

Who passed this as in any way acceptable quality for broadcast? I think if someone gave me a couple of days and the cash they had I could come up with this. The thing is, I'd realise it was total tripe! Absolutely dire, and I like a bit of surrealist nonsense!

If you were one of the people who used to religiously tune in to whatever painfully unfunny babblings Vic Reeves had for that week, you're probably going to love this. If you have any kind of sense of humour, you're probably going to hate it.
Truly abysmal.
It's like somebody watched The Mighty Boosh and thought how can we make this weirder and even less amusing. They succeeded and for that reason only, assuming that was what they were going for, I've given this 2 stars. Purely for achieving their goals.
Watching this was possibly the cringiest 15 minutes of my life.

Did nothing for me. Overly contrived, trying waaaay to hard to be something it wishes it was, and falling woefully short. True surrealism invites you into it, not drags you kicking and screaming into a babbling soup of bubbling tripe !!! Did the pilot and 3 episodes, time I'll never get back. It seems this review needs 600 characters to be submitted, said enough on this, so how's the weather where you are???? What did u have for breakfast??? How long is a piece of string?? Did somebody fart or was it the cat??? Watched anything good lately because this is a verucca of a show. Just my opinion, go make your own... 🤷♀️
