The Headmistress

I love it. They did a very good job at making it creepy, and they did more then just the normal expectation of disappearing figures in windows and rooms. Good acting expecially since its the only movie any of the actors have been in. Petes smile gives an extremely disturbing feeling when he is exploring the areas ghosts were reported beins seen. Definitely worth watching. The storyline and creepyness rival the conjuring and insidious for sure. I wouldn't recommend letting kids watch. For a better experience watch late at night aline with all the lights off like i did. Any true supernatural movie lover will enjoy this movie.

I was watching for a good 15 min. And nearly turned it off due to the somewhat subpar acting but i decided to watch the rest and i was not disappointed. The acting got better as the story unfolded. The main character revealed a twist towards the end that was very good. There was some comic relief with the pizza guys so that was fun and one of them knew about the house's history. There was some creepy imagery esp. The ending. I was satisfied with the last scene and totally shocked at the horror of the headmistress. I recommend seeing this one if you are a true horror fan. It reminded me of the Blum movies.

I really enjoyed watching this movie. In my opinion as good as it gets. I'm 76, and a fan of horror movies for most of my life. My first one was the original The Blob, I was 11 and that was the first time I was able to sneak in to watch a horror movie. Not too many that I have not watch since then. There were a few minor issues, but not big enough to make me stop watching. I especially like the ending. There was no other ending possible. There was a bit of comedy, but not enough to bother me. I like the way the different characters were presented, even the creep. The face of the embodiment of evil was a bit over the top, but it was super evil so I'm okay with it.

I thought this actually might be a decent movie, based on the minimal rave reviews.

Turns out they are nothing more than phony reviews by people who had something to do with the movie. The truth shall be revealed.

This movie is HORRIBLE. And I do mean HORRIBLE.

It's one of the worst movies I've seen in a dozen years.

Not so much that the acting is bad. The cast is limited by the extremely poor, unoriginal script. There are actually scenes like a woman opening a closet and staring at the inner wall where someone wrote "Help me." She stares for like 5 minutes and does nothing! Really?

Another BIG issue is the simply terrible directing. It plods on like molasses. It's so slow you will be fighting sleep.
