Yes, there are a couple of dance scenes.
In one, near the beginning, the singer Ahmed Adawiyya sings "Haba Foq wa Haba Taht" while selling beans. A group of female customers begin to dance in a style reminiscent of folk troupe style.
Later in the movie, some of the characters go to a nightclub. While there, they watch a performance by Soheir Zaki.
