First I have to say, the screaming that went on in the cinema was definitely a part of my experience with the movie as a whole. Even though I am a fan, I could not concentrate over the "ooh"'s and "ahh"'s and the screaming going on every 2 minutes.
Apart from the teenage disturbance in the front, I actually enjoyed some parts of the movie, but I also found some parts rather boring. And the aesthetic was unbalanced, and I had a hard time finding out if the movie was meant to be a concert movie or a backstage/documentary movie. They didn't bring us behind the curtains for real. I felt like I was watching a lot of "fancy" Bangtan Bombs put together. And unfortunately, I didn't feel that the (very) short deep moments from RM could save the documentary as a whole.
The music and the members personalities still shine through to some extent, and I loved the clips from their dinner in Paris, even though I felt it was edited very quickly, which didn't let me linger in the emotions that I felt was intended.
Maybe I expected too much?

We all know BTS as the global phenom that they are....But what goes on behind all those glitz and stage?...a good docu-movie to get to know about the lads...this movie seems a little bit more personal than the previous....the boys let you in on their inner thoughts, concerns, their work...watching how hard they work at their craft is simply inspiring....if you are just getting to know BTS or simply love BTS, this movie is a good go-to....
Great mix of performing, montage, interviews, humor, and cuteness. Loved spending this time getting to know the ins and outs of the BTS tour. Namjoon's words were so deep. Will watch again!
I'm a long time fan of BTS so my review might be biased but this is a great concert film that shows its audience the different sides of BTS when they're on tour. I appreciate their energy during their concerts but my favourite part about this is the quietness and the relative normalness that they experience during tours. I loved the quiet moments because they're rarely something that we, as fans, get to witness. They're always trying to show us their best selves, so it took a lot of courage for them to show us times where they're weak or vulnerable. I'm always proud of them and this film only strengthens that sentiment. They work hard and they get tired or sick or hurt and they feel guilty about it, when all we want is to see them. I kept thinking that it didn't matter that their performances weren't perfect because most of us don't really see those imperfections. But these incredible men are so passionate and hardworking that you can't help but feel that through the screen as they push themselves even harder to give fans the best concert experience. They're so wonderful and I hope they'll continue climbing.
Still has the intensity like the previous docu-movie, yet I can feel this time the production team had different approach.
The cuts chosen are well edited into a structured story. Well placed songs and scores too. A mix of laughs and tears. These seven guys work really hard, and how behind all the success they're still mindful of others around them.
If they keep making movies, I'll keep watching them.
