It is not a serious scientific effort.
There are so many simple, yet credible tests that could have been done in a serious manner that are being completely ignored. For example, deploy 16 stationary (altitude scalable) balloons to work as permanent instrument platforms (for GPS and camera of various types - mounted and each balloon).
Such balloons should be anchored to the ground, over a large area, ensuring a 360º complete coverage around points of interest to collect continuous data. Such instruments should be permanently linked (by cable) to storage data-servers on the ground (Control Center Installations).
It is very important that such cameras and sensors stay stationary while collecting data to extrapolate what is changing, the environment or the sensors, because when all is changing (moving) at the same time (rockets, drones, heli) the data lacks a stationary reference to be correctly extrapolated (compared with) in this specific kind of investigation.
It is also important to ensure and verify the quality of the GPS chips used. Such chips should be tested, calibrated and "quality verified" in order to garant that acceleration or hardware errors are not being generated.
There are so many other important steps that are being absolutely ignored. Anyway, my opinion is that this is not a serious investigation, in fact I don't think the production team has any real interest in doing so. The main interest is to explore an entertainment business.
About me: I'm a scientifically minded person. I love astrophysics and astronomy. I love every topic regarding the Universe. I'm a NASA subscriber. My name is part of a list of names carried by Curiosity Rover (sent to Mars).
I believe that our natural human senses and brains can only identify and understand a small part of the Universe, meaning that there are "space" for everything else in the Universe but this TV show is not doing much to explore such mysteries.

This is the first time we can get up to date video access of the ranch, this place isn't a farce. Many would have killed to get to investigate this place for years. I am curious as to the outcome of this show(only one episode has released so far) the other reviewers currently seem to not have knowledge of the site. It isn't some gimmick made up to make a tv show. Do the research on the property, Robert Biggalow would not have been there for years or even bought it in the first place and spent millions of dollars to research the site for years if it was nothing
I wanted to like this show. Had high hopes. But it is too heavy on the corny. At times the pain of Taylor dealing with the "team" especially Dragon are just painful. Show needs to be re-tooled, without the tools.
My favorite part of the show is the dude who's name is Dragon always telling the astrophysicist what they need to do 😂 Otherwise the show is pretty entertaining it has a bit of "The Curse of Oak Island" feel to it. Not sure they will ever figure anything out in regard to what they are searching for but something about the show keeps me coming back! The owner of the ranch I feel like he's the alien in charge of all the things going on the ranch somethings off about him. I don't know what it is but he feels like he could be the evil genius in like a James Bond movie or something like that. I'm keeping an eye on that guy.
If they stopped letting the fool security guard have a damn voice it'd be better but the fact is, he needs to do his job and shut his mouth. Also, what's with the idiotic nickname he's given himself? Dragon? Really? Good lord

- TriviaAccording to local lore , the Ute, an Indigenous tribe from this valley and had an uneasy alliance with the Navajo. Siding with American military forces in the late 19th century, the Ute helped force the Navajo people out of the area. As a result, the Navajo unleashed a Skinwalker, a shapeshifter who can possess animals' skin.

- If the trifield meters are picking up such high levels of EMF, why are the "investigators" using some form of protection? This is particularly important for the young man who appears to be extremely electrosensitive. There is RF blocking/reducing cloth which could be used as a do-rag, liner for their hats, etc. The lack of protective equipment indicates the readings are BS or the production company doesn't care about the cast and crew. The dosimeters are indicators of exposure but don't protect per se.
- even though a lot of "mystery" programs of History Chanel are boringly pointless, and redundant, I've got vert interested in the Uinta basin investigation and the possible results, but until now, I can not understand why, with such a display of resources and technology, the whole plan is to go there and get surprised by apparently dangerous phenomena, instead of prepare with anticipation, equiped for possible radiation, or electro magnetic disturbances, There is so much technology today to get a very good idea of the geological structure of a place, and I mean tectonic plate, soil composition etc. I would love to see for once a well prepare investigation, with less audio and narrative special effects, and more brain. And as a last note, if someone is physically affected by a place WHY is exposing him self again and again.
