A team, led by psychotherapist Demidov, are paid to deprogramme a cult member, Nika. All of the team members have troubled pasts of their own to negotiate and Nika is deeply resistant to change.

Kira has escaped from school. At the cottage, a hypnotist believes that Nika's personality has been rewritten by the cult, while Berk, the leader of the cult, threatens Nika's parents.

Nika's treatment is going well, and the girl is gradually returning to reality. But suddenly the news comes - the deprogramming must be stopped.

Contrary to expectations, Nika does not return to the sect - she finds the nurse's house and comes to her.

The nurse asks Demidov to help find her daughter. Realizing that without a child, she will not be able to concentrate on the treatment of Nika, he begins to search for the girl.

After the death of a friend, Demidov decides to destroy the Primordial sect. But the only one who can help him disappears without a trace.

Demidov finds a nurse in another sect, along with Nika. Realizing that one cannot save them, he turns to the police.

The leader of the Primordials finally loses contact with Nika, and kidnaps the nurse's daughter to take part in the rite of the sect. Because of this, the nurse loses her mind and ends up in the hospital. Now Demidov and Nika must find the place of the ritual and stop the Primordials.
