Roar Tollefsen's nobudset thriller Juvet is allegedly made on a zero budget, vene if zero is impossible. Everyone has been joining the prsoduction for free, and the noevie is made over a period of two years, mainly in weekends.
Tollefsen is the film maker, both director, producer, photographer and editor, and in addition to that he has written the script.
That is obviously too much to succeed, but the talent comes through.
The plot is not at all bad, and acting, filming and editing is quite good. What let's the film down is of course low production values and a dialogue which is less credible and feel forced.
The cators are doing a great job, both amateurs and the more merited ones. Thay are more let down by instruction and bad dialogue.
For a zero budget movie this is quite good, but in a over all score it's better than the films you hate.
You still will be just as happy without it.
The film is out on youtube for free watching, but without any translated dialogue.
