Absolutely gutted as my son is a massive FNAF fan, and he's 12. I really wanted to take him to watch it but realised the film is a 15.
He knows every single character he's played the games since he was younger. But they make it at 15.
So unfortunately we won't be watching it, we will have to wait until it comes out on dvd or something.
Really don't get how they've made this a 15. I thought it would at least be a 12A. All his school friends are gutted as well as they can't watch the film either.
As they was going to all go together but they can't now. Which is very unfortunate as they'd of had a great time.

Was so excited to see this fan made FNAF film in Minecraft and was so happy with how good it was, I hope they make a sequel or at least a spin-off because this was an incredible fan made film about FNAF! :)

Been into this franchise since the first game came out, and it was FULL of references, with just the right amount of fan service, if you love the games you'll LOVE it, also definitely worth the watch if you haven't played the games. Some cool hidden bits and some iconic lines, if you love the games you definitely won't miss it! The audience gasped, cheered and clapped, the screening i went to was on day 1 and there was a full screen it was amazing ! Differed from the game lore a bit, so even if you've played the games you'll be getting new content, mostly fnaf 1 orientated bur you'll love it i promise!
I'm gonna be honest, this film has terrible writing and most of the acting is honestly abysmal. The timing is off and its just not scary at all. Critics hate this film and it shows with 23% on rotten tomatoes and 5/10 here. But OMG I love this film I have seen it twice now. Its just so much fun. It is annoyingly faithful to the source whilst making it more digestible for the average viewer. The VFX are on point the set design is entertaining and honestly Matthew Lillard and Josh Hutcherson are brilliant with what they're given.
I'd recommend this to a fan for definite, but there's still alot for an average viewer to enjoy.
I'm hoping if they do another film they work on the writing. With child actors it's always a mixed bag so no faults either side.

Ok, so it's not the greatest thing ever. First of all it was surprisingly difficult to actually find, so if you want to watch the movie, you'll just have to search up DarkFilmz Productions on YouTube. I'm not going to spoil anything major, just go over some overall details.
The voice acting is OK, some are better than others. My biggest problem is that a lot of the voice actors don't have the best vocal clarity, and I can't understand what they are trying to say sometimes.
The overall structure of the movie is pretty alright, it stays true to the original concept and lore of Five Nights at Freddy's, and if anything its a bit bland in terms of the execution.
There is some nostalgia involved, as there are a lot of things such as audio clips used from some of the first fan-made videos ever on FNaF dating back all the way to the release of the very first game.
Of course the twist isn't really a twist if you know anything about FNaF Lore. Though there were a few decent jumpscares here and there, however I think that's mostly in part to how dull most of the movie is which makes you unsuspecting.
Finally, there is some CGI in the film, and for what the film is and with what little the producers likely had to work with its pretty fine. Of course it stands out when it's incorporated, but its an attempt to make the movie more flashy and honestly for what the movie is, it works for me.
There are a few sequels to the this film which I haven't seen yet but plan to watch. All in all, this isn't a must see, and it's not high quality, however if you are bored and have nothing better to watch, I'd suggest you give it a try, even if you're doing something else like playing games while you watch it. The creators clearly put a lot of time and effort into this, and I can respect it for what it is.
