A cranky old lady (named Lady),constantly talks to the camera that no one can see. She insults a woman's baby, asking if the baby is trans gender and puts lipstick on her. Then causes a fight between her son and his wife.
A dog walker in the park gets Lady to hang on to his dogs while he chases one. Her and Rosie decide to let them go and tell him off because they are running loose. She gets a plumber to reverse the taps on her son for a joke.
Rover sends Lady to a shrink. Lady calls him ugly and inadequate. He tells her to go outside more often, so Rosie and Lady hit the private golf club and cause havoc. Her daughter Lassie comes to the rescue.
Lady impersonates a real estate agent and tries to sell Rovers house. When she gets caught, her and Rosie go to Florida. Rover, Lassie and Sparky have an intervention and tell her that she has to go into a home.
Lady goes to the seniors home and is not happy. She escapes and goes to an art gallery opening and meets the man who was at the country club who claims to own the gallery.
