Great first two seasons, netflix milks season 3

The first two seasons are really good. The games are creative and more complex than in Squid Game, with great plot twists, especially in the final episodes of Season 2, which are truly unique and brilliant. Those two seasons gave the story a perfect ending. Unfortunately, Netflix dragged it out with Season 3 just to milk it further, ruining the closure. And even that ending makes it obvious they just want to keep milking it more and more... Even tho the games in season 3 were great, the overall story is not that good at least...

    Season 1: 10/8.4 Season 2: 10/8.8 Season 3: 10/7.

    Surprisingly Great!

This show is definitely among my 20 favorite shows, ever. It is exciting, it is fun, it is amusing, and it is full of emotions. The thing that I find stranger than the fact that so few people have watched it, is how low its ratings are. Honestly, people what more do you want?! The episodes ratings are so unfair. Each and everyone of them deserve much higher than this; especially the ending (if that is in fact the ending). Season 2 Finale was the best ending possible for the show. However, I do hope that they renew it for a third one because it has a lot of potential.

Anyway, if you're looking for a 16-hour worth of time roller coaster that makes you stay awake for two days, Alice in Borderland is your answer.

    Season 1 & 2 Good, 3 Falls flat

Season 1 started off as a pleasant surprise-casual viewing that quickly became engaging. Season 2 maintained that momentum, delivering a solid continuation that kept me invested. However, Season 3 was a significant letdown. The narrative felt aimless, dragging on for six episodes without meaningful progression. It seemed as though the creators were stretching for content rather than crafting a compelling story.

It's disheartening when a series with potential falters so dramatically. The lack of direction in Season 3 was evident, and it raises the question: why announce a new season if the story isn't there?

Given the disappointing turn in Season 3, I sincerely hope there won't be a Season 4 or a U. S. adaptation. Sometimes, it's best to cherish the quality of the earlier seasons and leave it at that.

    Japanese Gut Punching

If you get tired of OP characters in non-existent peril with Netflix's US productions, this one will fix that for you. After we watched several episodes my son walked away shaking his head and said, "I'm going to go read All Quiet on the Western Front" to cheer myself up.

It's pretty darn good. A couple of the games had some holes in them, and some of the character behaviors didn't make sense outside of it's what the writers wanted them to do at that moment. But really watching this is more about feeling like the last year wasn't so bad compared to what these characters are going through. Hoping Season 2 can keep pace.

    Season 1 & 2 Great, Season 3 is not

Like the title says, seasons 1 & 2 were great. Season 3 is boring, they're definitely milking it. Season 3 lacks everything that made 1 & 2 good which is unfortunately common these days. I'd recommend season 1 & 2 but cannot recommend 3. Yes I'm just repeating myself for the character minimum annnd done.
