Luke and Elia are fighting, Luke twists Elia's arm behind back and rotates it bones cracking a full rotation with the arm going all limp. As the fight continues, Elia pulls a gun and holds Luke under it with the same arm. Having radius and ulna bones out of their sockets, this would be absolutely impossible.
