Time Rewind

"Time Rewind" written and produced by Lincoln Fenner, will keep you on the edge of your seat as you follow Sean Richards, a devoted father who travels back in time in a desperate quest to prevent his daughter's murder. One of the most impressive aspects is the portrayal of characters as both adults and their younger selves. Watching how the decisions made in the formative years impact the adult lives of the characters brings an added depth to the plot. As tension builds and reveals hidden secrets in the plot, you will find yourself trying to assign the role of murderer to various characters. Just when you think you have it all figured out, "Time Rewind", throws in surprising twists. On a side note, this is an fun and engaging movie to watch with your teenager to open a discussion on bullying and how decisions you make when you are young can impact you for the rest of your life.

Time Rewind is the kind of film that somehow manages to capture the attention and enjoyment of both people who love sci-fi, and people who would normally be skeptical of the genre

As someone who was born in the 80's, I appreciated that this film is filled with nostalgia and some great throw backs to a time gone by.

The movie has clever characters with a mostly predictable, but still surprising at times plot. I enjoyed both expecting that I knew how it would all come together in the end, but still being pleasantly surprised along the way.

One of those rare movies made for all ages that the whole family can, and will, enjoy.

Thank you Lincoln, for this incredible opportunity that a young Swiss man was allowed to take part in your film, in your dream. You always believed in this project, put a lot of courage and energy into it, never gave up and all this deserves great respect. With a low budget, shortly before and during the Covid pandemic, you produced a film with friends that is now collecting its well-deserved laurels. Unfortunately, it's not available in Switzerland, but there's always room for improvement. Who knows?

As friends of Jon Untersander, we had the privilege of watching the film. We really thought the idea of the story was brilliant, the acting very identical and entertaining! It's great Lincoln how you were able to create something so big with such a small budget. This effort and film idea deserved a big production with you as director! Maybe you could take the whole crew with you!

The end of the story was too much for me in the narrative form, as if time and air ran out a little.

I give the whole film an 8 out of 10.

This film has a clever storyline with fascinating characters. The plot twists and holds your attention as it connects past and present events. Locations in Hampstead are gorgeous, and shots are spliced creatively to create drama and drop plot clues.

The cast portray lovably quirky characters with personal flaws which make them endearing and lifelike. Costuming is authentic and not over done.

The inclusion of old technology such as a cassette tape player, phone box, hamburger phone, and dial telephone add moments of sublte humour and create a sense of authenticity. The scene with the dial telephone is particularly amusing.

Very well done.

This time travel thriller about a father and his missing daughter focuses on family relationships, intergenerational conflict, bullying and redemption. It has plenty of twists and turns, and some good young actors. The score is well tailored and the editing interesting. It is a movie with heart. Independent films like this deserve to be supported by anyone who loves screen drama and wants to see more unique points of view on the screen. I know how hard it is to make independent films and congratulations to Lincoln Fenner and his team for getting this one out into the movie world. Well worth a look.
