Like her shows on Netflix, it impressed me again. A comedian who makes good use of dark humor. During his show, laughter, sadness, surprise, etc. you feel your emotions. This is not a show you will just laugh and forget. A catchy and must-watch show. If you turned it off after watching it for the first 30 minutes, you have lost a lot. I highly recommend it.

I never knew Daniel Sloss had done a third special until I got HBO Max. His humor is second to none, and the way he crafts his jokes is genius. To make such serious topics so funny just shows how great of a comedian he is.
I did see an article where the comic thought this special would cancel him. There are plenty of laughs throughout. I think it was a bit too long clocking in at 88 minutes but it wasn't boring.
This is probably one of the best approaches to discussing some of these topics that I've seen. That's not to say... most people that would be triggered instead of discussing will probably watch 30 minutes of this special and turn it off before the meat of the special comes.
It'll be interesting to see where this guy takes his career. I'll be paying attention.

I never thought I'll find an another comedian that I will just ADORE. Ricky Gervais set a very high standard for me. Daniel Sloss, however, is right up there next to Ricky, being one of my now two favorite comedians. Everything, from the subjects Daniel chooses to the way he approaches them, his morbidly funny dark sense of humor (I've been lacking this with Ricky because, despite the fact the his soh is indeed dark, it is not at the same level of harshness and is not as aggressively dark as the one in my - and apparently Daniel's - head is) and how he uses his shows not only for comedy but also to talk about really important issues (as he said in this one "I finish my shows with a sad 15 minutes TED talk), I am just absolutely amazed and mesmerised. What a fine comedian. And what an extraordinary feeling when you resonate with someone on such a high level and you suddenly feel like being such a sometimes inadequate jerk and moron is ok-ay!
I'll try not to spoil the show for those who have not seen it. Let me start by saying this was my first time seeing DS comedy and I was truly amazed. Yes he's vulgar but the title should tip off anyone to that fact (avoid it if you have a sensitive ear). His comedy is self-deprecating and relatable at the same time. He weaves interesting stories together with a maturity beyond his years. Watch for those Nigel moments!
As for the "Ted Talk" ending some have found unsettling: it's pure genius. This is an intimate look at a serious, topical issue told as only a master comedian could.
