Best episode I have seen in years.

Loved this story line and mad I have to wait till Jan to see the continuation. I have been watching svu since it started. Lately, I have been disappointed in many episodes and the blatant bias they show politically. I think the episode when the agent was arrested because of the whole border issue and the kid being separated from its parent. Like the picture of the kid in the cage that was taken during the Obama admin. Anyway, getting off track here. Love seeing the court segments that they have gotten away from for along time now. Having Sunny as a prosecutor is a smart move to bring the court scenes back to svu. Anyway, this episode was great and reminded me of the old law and order svu. Can't wait to see how it ends when the show returns.

    Perv of the week... identified!

As I watched the beginning of this episode and caught the first glimpses of Steve Getz, I thought to myself, "I've seen that guy before." As things progressed, I kept thinking, "Who is that?" My first thought was Ferris Bueller, but I knew that wasn't him. It wasn't until the credits began to roll after the introduction that it hit me--Vincent Kartheiser... Pete Campbell! From "Mad Men!" I happily yelled out, "Pete!"

Anyway, I enjoyed the episode very much. The well-told story unfolded in the normal creepy fashion. I didn't care much for Kat bungling things up. The hardest thing to hear was the crooked judge ("Let 'em go Joe") who made an inane connection between getting an abortion and child rape. It was at least satisfying to know that we had another criminal in our midst.

    Next Leap of Season 21

This is the episode that really starts to push forward season 21. We had all been waiting for them to take us to the next level and this episode is it, building up to what's to come in the next half of the season. Excellent episode with a compelling storyline!

Parallels the Jeffrey Epstein, Matt Gaetz Stories remarkably well.

Parallels the Jeffry Epstein story with an eerie link to the Matt Gaetz Story.. It is an example of how Predators do groom young women that they are always on the look out for. (Look at how long Epstein Operated and was let off over and over again), because they Operate in a shadowy area of the Law. Some forms of manipulation are subtle and grow. High End Abusers, those with the resources to take their time, are doing so.

Abusers are in all levels of Society and hide behind the rules as much as they can. Just like all Criminals. Wealthy Abusers have the greatest protection behind the rules.

    Can't Be Held Accountable

I'm going to book-mark Ep. 1 and retain it until Ep. 2 comes up In January 2020. I've always been fascinated with the 'classic' format of the Law & Order series. One half deals with the crime, and the 2nd half deals with the legal arguments. Maybe some people will think that the writing is a little sloppy and errratic, but don't forget that they have to fill in a lot of information in 41 minutes (sans commercials)! So I'm willing to cut them some slack. This topic has a lot of free-reaching implications re: Epstein, Prince Andrew, Catholic Church, et al!

Detective Frank Bucci: She knows me.

Amanda Rollins: Frank, you can't follow me.

[as he reaches into his waistband, she instinctively reaches for her gun]

Detective Frank Bucci: Your gun. You left it in the car. You shouldn't do that. You hear me?
