This is a movie created when they sit around and say: &quot;What if this happened?&quot; Yes a guy did kill his entire family and disappeared. No nobody was accused of being him and almost framed.<br/><br/>The problem with this movie is the huge plot cave. The murderer who disappeared has a living mother. Do the cops think of matching DNA? No, because it would then spoil the obvious ending. Another obvious plot hole. The guy accused says he grew up in Russia. Do they ask him to speak Russian? Nope.

Absurd how he was pursued with no facts or evidence. There was insufficient evidence to acquire a search warrant by French, or any standard. All they had to do was determine if he was the true son of the killers mother by DNA.
