This one absolutely shocked me hard. This is the best episode of the miniseries by far. It has all that i wanted from it, a good throwback to these characters, an amazing story, great and compeling characters and a shocking finale. By the end of the episode, i was absolutely shocked and paralyzed, that i could barely speak, that i wished tears would come out aswell, and was also left with so many questions. This episode is incredible... i really wished this was the final one. But even if it wasnt, holy hell this was beautiful. I cannot wait to see what they have prepared, in the final episode.
I have to try not to gush too much in this review. I've worked a graveyard shift for the last 10 years, so it seemed really fitting after finishing this that I had taken the day off to watch it at launch with my wife. My theory in my last review turned out true, yet false in a brilliant way. Rather than reckoning with Jake's death, this episode had me reckoning with the entire series. The ultimate adventure had plot points to tie up, but this one is just a total love letter to the entire series.
We watch Adventure Time regularly in my household, and I remember one day before HBOMax, my oldest came in while I was watching the minisodes on one of the DVDs, and was surprised she hadn't seen them (she was getting a little burnt out on our toddler's constant demands of Adventure Time being on) and it gave her a nice second wind. This episode of Distant Lands is a perfect culmination of everything that made the show what it was for the hardcore fanatics. I'm curious as to why they shuffled around the order, putting my favorite character's episode next, but it gives me hope they are going to make more. Who wouldn't love another round of Distant Lands? After Pep Butt, how about an episode about the pups? Graybles Infinity with Shermy and Beth?

Just about a minute ago I finished watching this episode, I know there's another review who gave 5 stars but don't listen to that guy he's gone banaenaes and doesn't really see it the way how I do. I watched Adventure Time 11 years ago from the day it started to the very end and I'm pleased to see another adventure time episode in 3 years so I'm crazy over Adventure Time it's the reason I like creating stories and songs like them. Adventure Time is Nostalgia
This truly is the best episode form Distant Lands, I almost cried cuz it was so touching and emotional, the plot-line was great & I honestly didn't want the episode to end cause this is an Great Episode I haven't see for 3 FRICKIN YEARS! BMO & Obsidian was great but this episode (Wackachow) was GREAT. From the Beginning to the End I enjoyed all of it, I don't want to spoil but it was Great. Just go ahead see it for yourself. It's one of the best episodes ever.
My Conclusion
I can't explain it in words, It was INCREDIBLE.

I dont really have much to say, this episode was the best adventure time episode ive ever seen.
Simply one of the best episodes ever created in the history of animation, with a closing of our duo of characters that have accompanied us in our childhood and adolescence.
Although I must say that the ending is very sad, and I have been crying for 1 hour without stopping thinking about this ending. A perfect conclusion but one that will make us all draw at least a tear. I'm not going to do spoilers just watch it, you won't regret it.
¡The Fun Will Never End!
