Chilly family campfire "horror" stories from Estonian "Alfred Hitchcock" Mart Sander. All stories are greatly told and lined up, so that you will be entertained till the end. Enjoyed all of them. Transitions between the stories were good, but were not at the same level as the stories.
I found this funny even though it's horror, but there's always the element of black comedy and the last story was just hilarious. Don't be afraid to watch, even if you don't like horror, it's never bloody or gore.
It reminded me of classic anthologies like Alfred Hitchcock presents. Its an homage to the genre films but I think it also has a modern aspect. Its not really horror but there are some creepy moments. Overall it works quite well and is entertaining. Gothic dark atmosphere.
This was quite a good watch. The stories were interesting and original, and very well done.
It was visually pleasing, well written, directed, and acted. Each story had a lot to offer. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it.

I should say i had zero expectations when i watched this, so that might be why it was so enjoyable. It's not a horror film, but there was enough atmosphere and intrigue to keep me interested. Something even hypnotic about it...The first story especially had me hooked with the lighting and building sense of unease. It's literally a collection of eerie fairytales, and honestly it probably deserves a higher score- i'm just not really into anthologies, and i always expect any films with dark themes to be idk darker for some reason? But that's on me. I'll definitely be looking for more works by this director.
