Vishwas finds a job in Pune and is quite excited about moving away from his dominating mother and bossy friend, Shailja. While in Pune, Vishwas is shocked to see his upright cousin Ajay getting high on dope and naughty with women. At a party, Vishwas meets Raina and has a great time after getting high, however, his trip soon comes crashing down to reality.

A day earlier, while travelling from Panchgani to Pune, Vishwas meets a beautiful girl, Nishika, in the bus. Over the course of the journey, they start enjoying each other's company and the trip turns out to be an eventful experience for Vishwas.

Vishwas finds an accommodation in Pune where he falls for the landlord's beautiful and homely daughter, Vijayanti. A great job and a caring partner are all that Vishwas wanted from life and he feels his dreams have come true. In office, Vishwas finds his senior Sanjana to be very supportive. After a stressful week in office his hot colleague Richa suggests a plan to let off all his steam with sex. When things starts looking up for Vishwas, an unexpected surprise awaits him.

When nothing seems to be going his way, Preet enters Vishwas' life. He discovers that Preet liked him from day one and her family too has taken a special liking for him. While everything seems to be getting back on track, a new twist occurs in his life.

While his job was a dream come true, his boss turns out to be nightmare. Vishwas closeness to Sanjana makes him the prime target of the obsessive boss. However, Vishwas proves himself and wins praises at work and for once he seems to be in control of the situation.

From his recent experiences Vishwas realizes what he wants in life, which he kept refusing to accept for a long time. It's time to gear up and go after what he needs in life, but first it's pay-back time for everyone who troubled him.
