Subsequently, Thumbi's father became aware of the relationship, and Thumbi departed from her familial residence in the company of Calpo. The police officers subjected them to a considerable degree of physical force. Thumbi implored her father to release them, yet he disregarded her pleas. Subsequently, Thumbi opted for suicide, having come to the conclusion that the blame for the prevailing issues lay with her. The narrative was of a satisfactory quality, but the plot was a well-worn one. The direction exhibited a commendable standard of quality, characterised by exquisite cinematography and laudable musical scores. The performances are satisfactory. The film is of significant value for a one time watching.

First of all, this movie is one of the best emotional love movies I've seen. This movie describes the seven stages of love: attraction, affection, love, reverence, worship, passion, and death. These stages are clearly shown. And it may be cliché for many people. But for those who can relate this movie to their lives, it's a great movie. The visuals are excellent. Siddique's acting is heartwarming. I can relate this movie to my life. The songs and background music are truly a masterpiece. The story is also good, and the heroine's father's acting is excellent.

In the process one peeks into the seven virtues of love namely, attraction, infatuation, love, reverence, worship, obsession and death.

When the movie started I felt it not worthy of watching but then things changed mainly with arrival of girl.

The romance, the gracious girl, the guy approaching her simply wins heart.

I have seen the Hindi dubbed version. Music goes well with the movie. Acting is justified. Everyone has done well, but the girl simply excels.

Final Verdict: The movie is realistic. I have rated it for the love that exists between the relations. Give it a try and decide for yourself.
