This article contains spoilers for The Walking Dead Season 11 Part 1
Befitting any scripted drama that’s lasted 11 years filming in hot Georgia summers, The Walking Dead’s final season is a grand affair.
AMC handed its flagship zombie drama a 24-episode order for its 11th and final season back in 2020. The only catch is that those 24 episodes will come in three 8-episode installments. That’s led to a somewhat difficult situation for the show’s marketing department, which now has to hype up the end of The Walking Dead no fewer than three times…and that’s not even counting the spinoffs.
The second batch of The Walking Dead’s final 24 episodes is set to begin soon. The Walking Dead season 11 episode 9 will premiere Sunday, Feb. 20 at 9 p.m. Et on AMC. That episode, and all future episodes, will be available to stream one week prior on AMC+. Given that...

Allison Moorer’s son John Henry was playing in a New York City park in 2019 when he climbed an old, squeaky glider and began stomping his foot to its rhythm, then singing along. Using video of John Henry’s instinctive performance that his teacher had sent, Moorer’s longtime musical collaborator Kenny Greenberg created a loop while she crafted a hypnotic, soaring anthem to accompany it.
Those unique melodies and compelling rhythms imagined by John Henry can heard throughout “All We Have Is Now,” the first track from Moorer’s new EP Wish for You,...

Even though "Game of Thrones" has been off the air for nearly three years, it's still a major part of pop culture. With plans for at least one spinoff already in progress - not to mention two more planned books in George R.R. Martin's books series - there's a lot more "Game of Thrones" coming our way in the future. It doesn't look like the world of Westeros will be going away anytime soon, and we can't wait to see what's in store for this sprawling universe next.
Just how well do you remember "Game of Thrones," though? The epic show spanned dozens and dozens of important characters, several years, multiple continents, and more twists and turns than anyone could have ever seen coming. It's next to impossible to remember every little detail, but there are plenty of memorable moments we're sure you haven't forgotten. Maybe you're a whiz...

In the world of fiction, vampire stories tend to take one of two paths. In some versions, these undead creatures are purely monstrous, the sort of vicious predators we’d all do well to fear. (Author Jay Kristoff’s epic fantasy Empire of the Vampire is perhaps the most recent—and excellent—example of this trend.) But if the massive success of the Twilight franchise has taught us anything, it’s that our pop culture loves the idea of vampires as love interests. And, to be honest, there’s something to be said for the whole broody, eternally handsome Goth boy thing, complete with killer cheekbones and a capacity to love that is as potentially deadly as it is swoon-worthy. But, nine times out of ten, those stories tend to stay in their own lanes, and never the twain shall meet. Usually.

Stars: August Maturo, Mike Manning, Libe Barer, Dan Hedaya, Bianca D’Ambrosio, Chiara D’Ambrosio, Mirabelle Lee, Lukas Hassel | Written and Directed by Jeremiah Kipp
Writer/director Jeremiah Kipp has expanded his short, also titled Slapface, into feature-length; which, as with any short, is a risky undertaking. What works at fifteen or twenty minutes may be drawn out and dull at ninety. Changes to the plot may ruin the mood or message of the original. That’s even more true for something like Slapface which relied heavily on feeling and emotion.
Lucas and Tom lost their parents in a car accident, leaving Tom an unprepared and somewhat unwilling guardian for his younger brother. He would much rather be at the bar with Anna than be at home, or at work for that matter. This leaves Lucas on his own a lot and he spends his time wandering around the woods and getting into trouble with the cops,...

Actress Michelle Williams decided just before filming that she couldn’t star in a movie inspired by the loss of her former fiancé and actor Heath Ledger.
