I found this funny. The acting was laughable and I couldn't help but point out the 3... sandwiches..? The 3 sandwiches, water bottle, cigarettes, knife, gun, bleach bottle, and wine glass would constantly disappear and reappear. What was the director/writer thinking!? Did he lose his mind when making this? There is no way this is based on true events. Like, seriously, do you really think this is based on true events? The jump scares were pretty mid and weren't very scary. This movie was also very predictable.
This is a great movie if you wanna laugh!
But if you are watching this to get scared, then I wouldn't recommend.

The major thing I had against this movie is the number of continuity missteps. The water bottle disappearing then reappearing, the sandwich disappearing and reappearing, the bottle of bleach disappearing and reappearing. I dont know if these are a sloppy job of production and editing crew or if there is something that the director was trying to add some more mystery, a la Kubrik in The Shining, but he is no Kubrik and he does not have the credits to his name to think that he is the skill of Kubrik. The other thing is the whole "found footage" genre. It is so overplayed. Any kid with a cheap camera can make some footage and call it a movie. "Found footage" was cool in the 2000's but in the 2020's it has over played.
On a better note, I think the two stars, Jason Scarborough and Brittany Dunk, were well acted and their performance should not be counted against the shoddy production job. Given a competent production crew it would have added a few more stars.

What a waste of a great subject on such a poorly executed movie. This could have been the next Paranormal Activity, except the writer/director made such irrational choices for the characters, and included such outlandishly stupid circumstances, that the entire movie comes across like a sketch comedy spoof of what could have been a terrifying, very relatable horror movie. My only hope is that another horror movie based around the concept of a doorbell camera is still a possibility despite the existence of this movie. I think it's worthy of another shot by another filmmaker who has the talent to make something good of it.
LOL me and my oldest son could not help but laugh. Its an awesome short amateur film.. I bet it would be more awesome as a play.
I found this movie interesting only because of items that kept appearing and disappearing. The entire movie took place on a front porch, and the main item was a sandwich. The sandwich first appeared as two halves on a plate next to a bottle of water. In a following scent it was gone. They shortly after that it appeared again only half was missing. Then it disappeared again only to reappear, this time again as a complete sandwich. There was a similar routine with a bottle of bleach. One scene the bottle was visible. The next scene it was gone, then it would mysteriously reappear again. The main point of the movie wasn't that interesting. In fact, it was stupid. So I had assumed the twist, or the surprise was the reappearing items, in some way or another. Nope. The movie ended and that was that.

- GoofsThere is a scene where the main character brings a sandwich on a plate, a bottle of water, and a large knife out to her porch and lays them on a table. Later she brings out a bottle of bleach.
The sandwich, water, and bleach appear and reappear throughout the rest of the movie. The sandwich also changes. It goes from rectangular to triangle shaped cuts and it appears to have more filling at times. The plate also moves.
