    Don't waste your TIME

Low budget movie?? The battle in the basement didn't clearly indicate if actual killer was dead or what-

These Lifetime movies makes me wonder if they get a pass simply due ro whomever owns Lifetime Network- It like one-track mind movies. I would suggest a panel of viewers unrelated and unlike the "big whigs" to review prior to releasing! Someone should have pointed out a large amount of mistakes. Do not, I repeat do not watch this movie unless you are looking for disappointment and in that case this movie SHALL DELIVER!!xnxndbdhdbxnjhshs hshdgehdjhe ishee's heheh isisondjdj hshdhdhdvd hsgdhdujdus jshsjsuehd jnnbbbhffrhvbjvb jjvhcfvshs s jjsjkklks cxffeshh kiii ofewaxxbjug cj lol mnootersyubbb c n oh buff echidna cxtfsvbbnxbbnnzgssgvbbbb.

    Quite good for Lifetime!

Christie Burson stars in this Lifetime thriller as Meg, a lonely realtor, who sells a house to a couple even though there's another well-off woman who's interested in buying the house. Unfortunately, for the couple, Meg is a little off and keeps showing up unexpectedly after the couple moves in and she becomes a pest. What happens after that, is a non-stop thrill ride with a great ending! Highly recommended Lifetime movie and would watch again!

    Rather enjoyable thriller...

I stumbled upon the 2020 Lifetime thriller "The Realtor" (aka "Ruthless Realtor") by random chance here in 2022. And with it being a movie that I hadn't already seen, nor even heard about for that matter, then of course I opted to sit down and watch it.

And I will say that for a Lifetime movie, then "The Realtor", from directors Devon Downs and Kenny Gage, was actually surprisingly enjoyable and entertaining. I enjoyed the storyline, because it was interesting from the very beginning, and I liked how the storyline unfolded and painted the realtor Meg Atkins (played by Christie Burson) in a fairly bad light.

The acting performances in the movie were good, and I have to say that I wasn't familiar with anyone on the cast list here. Actress Christie Burson really stood out on the screen here in this movie with her portrayal as the somewhat aloof realtor Meg Atkins. The movie also have some good performances from Lily Anne Harrison (playing Annie Savage), Brian Ames (playing Ralph Savage) and Alexandra Peters (playing Lynette Dee). But this movie was made all the more enjoyable by the acting performance of Christie Burson, no doubt about it.

I was genuinely entertained by this 2020 thriller, and the storyline was good and had a fair enough twist to it, which I enjoyed.

If you enjoy thrillers, then you should perhaps give "The Realtor" a chance, provided you get the chance to watch it.

My rating of "The Realtor" lands on a six out of ten stars.

    Scary Megan

Annie and ralf savage are just a normal couple going about their daily lives but they are also in the market for a new home. They meet a realator named megan who seems nice enough and shows them around. She seems to be a bit too friendly with ralf and she seems more than happy to get the couple the house as quick as possible/ the actress playing megan was pretty good overall. Like with these films it builds up to the ending and we see an almost decent into madness as megan thrusts herself into their lives. Overall decent but it cant get past the hurdles that is clearly has but never the less still good.

    Great!

I actually really enjoyed this one, Lifetime never fails but this was exceptional fun! I absolutely adored Meg, she was the right dose of nuts and sillyness to make me just fall in love!

    • Trivia
Since the late 1960s/early 1970s, every phone number seen and heard in movies and TV shows uses 555 as the first three digits after the area code, since no real phone number exists with that configuration; but the realtor's phone number on the For Sale sign at the end did not contain the 555 prefix, so could have been someone's actual phone number.
    • Goofs
The house at the center of the action was supposedly foreclosed on by a bank, but if its original owners, the Bradfords, had done enough estate planning to set up a trust for their daughter and heir, they would have made sure the trust covered the house payments, property taxes and maintenance expenses.
