...yeah the kitchen is awesome, but only killing off all the characters would redeem this dippy movie.
Annie and ralf savage are just a normal couple going about their daily lives but they are also in the market for a new home. They meet a realator named megan who seems nice enough and shows them around. She seems to be a bit too friendly with ralf and she seems more than happy to get the couple the house as quick as possible/ the actress playing megan was pretty good overall. Like with these films it builds up to the ending and we see an almost decent into madness as megan thrusts herself into their lives. Overall decent but it cant get past the hurdles that is clearly has but never the less still good.
I expected this to be a lesson for home buyers about how to deal with possible real estate problems that may come along in real life. Instead this is about some psycho, criminal, mental disorder, and emotions. Same as in all Lifetime movies. About subjectivity, relationships, romanticism, twists, crimes. Almost has nothing to do with realty or realtors. I expected more serious and convincing issues and more papers, government, objects. Amateur, but good topic still. Good looking girls and makeup. Not a guide to realty. Also twists are so unconvincing.
I actually really enjoyed this one, Lifetime never fails but this was exceptional fun! I absolutely adored Meg, she was the right dose of nuts and sillyness to make me just fall in love!
Christie Burson stars in this Lifetime thriller as Meg, a lonely realtor, who sells a house to a couple even though there's another well-off woman who's interested in buying the house. Unfortunately, for the couple, Meg is a little off and keeps showing up unexpectedly after the couple moves in and she becomes a pest. What happens after that, is a non-stop thrill ride with a great ending! Highly recommended Lifetime movie and would watch again!

- TriviaSince the late 1960s/early 1970s, every phone number seen and heard in movies and TV shows uses 555 as the first three digits after the area code, since no real phone number exists with that configuration; but the realtor's phone number on the For Sale sign at the end did not contain the 555 prefix, so could have been someone's actual phone number.
- GoofsThe house at the center of the action was supposedly foreclosed on by a bank, but if its original owners, the Bradfords, had done enough estate planning to set up a trust for their daughter and heir, they would have made sure the trust covered the house payments, property taxes and maintenance expenses.
