I don't understand how people who are this bad at acting are able to get these opportunities. No offense or anything but I was cringing the entire time.
Easily one of the worst lifetime movies I've ever watched. The type of cheesiness and bad acting that makes you uncomfortable. The mom & Zack were the only characters that didn't make me roll my eyes at every word. Just terrible.
This is by far the worst lifetime movie Ive ever seen and I usually love a good cheesy movie. Listen, I understand characters in lifetime movies making somewhat unrealistic or dumb choices to drive the plot forward, but this movie just went WAYYYY beyond that PLUS an underdeveloped storyline that could have been interesting. Literally every choice the main actress made was 100% not what a normal person would do at all, even if you had less than 3 brain cells (which she does). Not to mention the even dumber best friend who just went with everything she did despite the huge red flags. Only Zach and the Mom kept me from giving this a 1 since they were both somewhat smart (not that the main actress even considered listening to them because why listen to logic from the people closest to you). Its not like she was a teenager either shes a 22 year old who acted like a 14 year old the entire film. Imagine watching a movie where every scene has multiple red flags as to why something is sketchy or a bad choice... yet the main character never questions any of it and does the opposite of what a normal human would do Every. Single. Time. Thats this movie. Such a joke, stay away from it or you'll pull all your hair out by the end. The acting from the main actress and best friend was also horrible and by the end I was just hoping shed have a tragic demise and that the boss would win. I personally think the boss did well in his role and was the most interesting to watch, even though his story line was barely developed.
The main character is basically thick. She takes on a really sleazy offer with a man she has just met, not to mention getting in a car with him and he was a stranger. He gave her money to buy clothes, and she ends up purchasing some very grotesque glitter things that doesn't look like anything a normal human being would wear. She found herself being sexually assaulted by slime balls and accepts it. The film stinks and makes women out to be hideously dumb. The best friend was a pointless character. The only people who cared about her safety was her mother and ex boyfriend. It was a disjointed and anti-climatic film. The evil boss man was probably good at acting the villain but his character has no background, history or logic.
Bridget breaks up with her boyfriend, Zack, to move to Los Angeles and follow in her father's footsteps to become a writer, a blogger, to be exact. But after showing up unannounced at the company and actually being seen, the boss tells her that she needs to have a blog that will sell. Bridget meets Anthony Glonz who hires her as an executive assistant after seeing her from afar and she finds that her job is too good to be true and Anthony's shady. You'll have to tune it to see what happens next. Decent acting but the story short-circuits at the end. Would not watch again.
