Team of Two" is the kind of movie that chooses to be deliberately bad but ends up being surprisingly good and fun to watch. It's refreshing to see a film that doesn't take itself too seriously, serving as a playful parody of the classic buddy cop action genre.
If you're a fan of the '80s, you'll enjoy the numerous references to that era, as the film's hero is obsessed with the decade. The movie embraces this nostalgia in a way that feels genuine.
There are several moments that made me laugh out loud, but don't go in expecting a high-budget parody. In fact, the budget seems almost non-existent-I'm not even sure the actors got paid! Still, the film makes the most of what it has, and you can tell the cast had a blast making it. This is especially evident in the credits, though I wish there had been more bloopers to enjoy.

As a big fan of films from the 80's, I love the 80's movie references! With how much the world has changed, I really enjoy being able to reflect back to a time in the past where there seemed to be much less to worry and stress out about in the world. Of course having legends like Eric Roberts, Marc Singer, and the effortlessly hilarious Ken Davitian, just adds to the punch that this comedy brings to the audience. There are definitely some over the top moments, but with this incredibly diverse cast and intertwining storylines, they actually compliment the intention and overall feel of the film. Grab your popcorn and some friends.
Team of Two is a hilarious ride. 80s and 90s stars return in fresh roles, bringing a wave of nostalgia and laughs. Their chemistry is fantastic, reminding us why we loved them in the first place. The plot is engaging and filled with witty banter. The DeLorean's appearance adds a fun, retro touch that fans will adore. It's a perfect mix of humor and heart, making it a great choice for a movie night. You'll laugh, maybe shed a tear, and definitely enjoy the trip down memory lane. Worth watching for a good time and some serious nostalgia.
I didn't recognize Marc Singer, he looks very different playing a very unique role!

A hilarious comedy packed with numerous references to 80s movies, making it truly one of a kind. You'll love seeing renowned actors from the 80s, including Oscar-nominated Eric Roberts. The ending is laugh-out-loud funny, and the bloopers during the credits add an extra layer of fun, along with a truly unique bonus scene!
While it's a low-budget, silly comedy, don't expect a blockbuster with a multi-million-dollar production.
If you're in the mood to relax and enjoy some good laughs, this movie is perfect for you. It's the kind of film you'll want to watch two or three times to catch all the clever jokes and lines-and it gets even better the second time around.
This gem shines with its sharp wit and clever dialogue, delivering a smart comedy that punches well above its weight.

Homicide detective Marc Valentine (Joss Gomez) is a lone wolf who prefers his own company but finds himself teamed up with a string of less talented detectives. He's a bit eccentric, convinced he's still in the 80s, and drives a DeLorean as his police car. The plot thickens with Big Boss Tango (Marc Singer) creating a deadly virus that threatens to cause a worldwide pandemic, targeting Los Angeles. Things get worse when professor malevolent (Dr. Robert Rey) kidnaps captain Dupree's (Ken Davitian) daughter. Inspired by his father (Lorenzo Lamas) and guided by captain Johnson (Eric Roberts), marc faces numerous challenges to stop big boss tango and save the city. It's a wild, nostalgic ride with plenty of twists and action. The end is kind of weird but interesting. I will re-watch no problem.
