A lone stranger rides on horseback into an abandoned western town after receiving a threatening letter. He is met by a barmaid. He begins to drink and regales his tale of the letter. He is joined by another stranger that just rode in. This stranger is his old friend and partner. He has also received a threatening letter. They soon find that their journey into town was plotted to get them there exactly ten years after they committed the heinous crime of murder. The sender of the letter tells a tale of the past. The two strangers soon realize that they were brought to the town to meet their demise. An Old West shootout ends this tale of woe and vengeance. And all of it, past and present collide in the Vengeance Saloon.
