Such a cinematic gem!

Despite the fact that it is a first time director piece, oke can easily experience the quality of storytelling in this piece of art. I truly appreciate European cinema for making the most out of actor performance that make the whole story even more believable. I can only thank the filmmakers for gifting us with such a great visual beauty. I would hope to be able to meet with the director and ask him his thinking behind this great story.

Such a realistic drama

Everything about the movie is just great. Dialogues and actings are so natural, feels like another day in life but a pretty bad one. I personally appreciate these kind of movies that makes me question what's right or wrong and who's good or bad. It shows that those labels are so fluid and depends on the perspective.

Excellent drama. Very real and gut-wrenching.

Slow moving but captivating at every moment. This is not a flashy movie, or a story that has some unrealistic twists to make it into a drama. I found myself glued to it. Both the direction and the acting were excellent.

The Turkish dialog is very natural and real speech, unlike some "film" dialog from Turkish movies that don't feel true. In this movie, people speak as real Turks speak in daily life.

The ordinary and mundane things happening in the lives of these people become intensely stressful moments as events unfold and situations get more complicated.

I hope this movie will find a large audience both within and outside of Turkey, I would love to see what comes next from this director. I also hope that for non-Turkophones there are good subtitles that convey the tone of the original dialog.

Lingering Impact of Cinematic Brilliance!

Almost the entire film was shot using long takes, a bold cinematic choice that required meticulous planning and execution. This method created an intense and realistic atmosphere, pulling the audience deeply into the unfolding narrative. Each scene felt immediate and unfiltered, as if the viewer were a silent observer within the story. It allowed the audience to connect emotionally with the events and witness the characters' journeys firsthand, amplifying the impact of every moment. The result was a fast-paced production that captured the rhythm of real life with remarkable authenticity. Watching it, I felt as though I were experiencing a Haneke film-immersive, thought-provoking, and unsettling in its quiet brilliance. Once the film ends, it doesn't leave you. Instead, it lingers in your mind, compelling you to question its themes and reflect on its underlying messages. With its open-ended conclusion, the story refuses to provide easy answers, inviting endless interpretations. It's the kind of film that sparks meaningful conversations and debates, leaving plenty to ponder for hours on end.
