While setting up the knife scene the crew had a hard time getting the blunt knife to catapult into the air. After a few attempts, they finally told Scarlet (Sally) to just hit it as hard as she can and pray for the best. It only took one try and the knife hit the ceiling.

(No one was injured, and safety nets were in effect.)
