-Murielle, forced into semi-retirement by her husband Daniel, knocks on the door of her best friend Louise. What a surprise to see a big Winnebago arrive with a bang. Louise, two glasses of sparkling wine in hand, tells Murielle they're going on a road trip.

-Murielle and Louise are on their way to the Far North. After meeting a traveling hairdresser, they decide to make the most of their trip with a karaoke night.

-Murielle, who left Daniel stranded at the airport, finally understands what Louise is going through and tries to reach her as quickly as possible.

-The truth comes out. Surrounded by Murielle and her parents, Louise faces her ghosts. Mickael, repentant, wants to visit their daughter Caro to ask her a favor.

-Murielle, who narrowly avoided death, is overcome by an irresistible desire to live. Louise learns more about Mickael and his hidden life.

-Arriving in Havre-Saint-Pierre, Louise must prove to Caro and Micheline that she is not mentally disturbed in order to be heard. The reunion is a difficult one, interrupted by the arrival of the mobsters who have come to claim their due.
