I've only watched the Bermuda Triangle episode. The episode was okay from my point of view. Though there were interesting facts among the stories told, there were a LOT of different stories . That made it difficult to keep track of everything.
This documentary is pretty old thus more information was discovered in the meantime. I recommend watching a newer one if you really want more information.
(PS I'm only a student in middle school so I might not be so experienced)
