Set in Lucknow, four quirky women run an all-female police station. They balance personal lives, solve cases through reconciliation, and bring sensitivity to policing. Their unusual solutions and interpersonal dynamics create humor.

Set in Lucknow the show is based in one such all-women Police station made by 4 beautiful quirky women. Pushpa, the oldest of them, is the head constable who tries to balance her life between home and work. Karishma, the sub Inspector, is fish out of water as she is at loggerheads with the philosophy of the police station. She beats before she talks but now she has to solve all cases through reconciliation. Santosh Sharma is the young new recruit and a typical lonely girl in the city. The head of the pack is S.H.O Haseena Mallik, witty, romantic leads by example. The common challenge for all these women is to bring sensitivity to their policing while dealing with cases that come to this police station. Hence their solution are mostly unusual. The characters and the cases add to the fun and humour of the show. While Pushpa and Karishma are the saas bahu duo, who keep us entertained by their Squabbles, it is Haseena - Karishma's ideological differences which add to the drama and comedy.

Inspector Haseena Mallik Constable Pushpa is dealing with a prankster in Lucknow's Ladies Special Branch. While she is talking on the phone, she hears some ruckus outside the police station. She asks Santosh to have a look outside. Santosh notices that there is a warning sign on the notice board claiming to shut the police station down in 30 days. Santosh tells this to Pushpa and Pushpa advises all the employee to run away from the back gate. As all of them are about to escape, Inspector Haseena Mallik stops them and takes them inside the police station. She assures the mob that she will pay all of the debt before the station shuts down. Meanwhile, Karishma Singh brings a buyer to sell the police station to him. Haseena Mallik sends the Buyer back and asks her staff to register an F.I.R. within 24 hours.
