Tansener Tanpura

This is the first web series surrounding Indian Classical Music...One of the richest music in the world. Bengali web series used to contain useless stuffs but time seems to be changing and after Byomkesh-Montu Pilot Tansener Tanpura won my heart! Indian Classical music fanatic must go for this.The classical songs takes your heart away and the lyrics is fantabulous!

Vikram (although not a fan of his) can say did a great job! Can't wait for season finale!!!

Refreshing to see a full scale TV series which celebrates Hindustani classical music, cleverly weaving it into a thriller plot. Wisely, it stays far away from technical discussions on raga structures, a sure fire way of turning most lay audience off. The songs lend extra spark to the series, and the vocalists are the true stars.

Soumik Chaterjee directed Tansener Tanpura is one of the best bengali web series. It is a series of 19 episodes but it will never bore you. Sougata Basu the writter did a gerat job .Screenplay was vey tight. This is a musical series. And the songs are just amazing. The direction is very good. Vfx is ok. Vikram Chaterjee delivered a very strong performance. Rupsha Chaterjee was also very good. Neel mukherjee and subhashish mukherjee are also good. Suhotra mukherjee and satyam Bhattacharjee was pretty good. The cinematography was very good. The lighting felt over saturated. For me is a must. Just awesome.

A very well attempted series with original story finishes with an disappointed ending.... I am very much upset at the end. It seems like, the series finishes too early and nothing was cleared. Bt overall performance of all the actors & co-actors was impressive & the songs which are use, are too good and prefectly matched with the plot & the locations. Many people can be fond of Indian Classic Music, after watching the series. Story is very new and fresh and written brilliantly with lots of information about the pure classical music & its instruments but can be better if more depth lawyer & complexity would be added in the story. Hope next season will come very soon with more attraction.

Songs are just mind blowing. Storyline is good but overall presentation could be better and smart.
