Brassens par Brassens

Brassens story told from his childhood in Sète to his life in Paris, from poverty to the success, earning the reputation of a giant of French song (in my opinion only Brel compete in the same heights). The child Georges even saw his life dream becoming true being recognized as a poet-singer, even if he didn't mean it that way.

Coming with archive footage and with some of his famed songs, this documentary stays very classic but do dress a good portrait of Brassens.
